Default STATE FORECLOSURE LAWS

I ran across this today, it doesn't cover every state, but we have so many questions about foreclosures I thought even SOME information would be helpful. You have to scroll about 2/3 of the way down the page, to find the list of states.

http://www.realtytrac.com/education/...reLawsOverview

States listed include:
Arizona
California
Colorado
Florida
Georgia
Illinois
Massachusetts
Michigan
Minnesota
Nevada
New Jersey
New York
Oregon
Pennsylvania
Texas
Utah
Washington

actually if you scroll down further you will find all the states listed.. for example I am in NC and found that part of the list was to the far right... I do wonder though, I read about the judicial and non-judicial.. which one is considered better.. I am still confused on this..

thanks!
