Default SOL?? Wells Fargo Financial Cards - Sold

*Note - SOL in Oklahom is 3 years

I pulled my CR and have several WF Financial Cards that show as being purchased by another lender.

Card #1:

Last Payment: 9/30/08
Pay Status: Charged Off
Remarks: Purchased by another Lender

This card was purchased by Calvary Portfolio SVCS
Date Place for Collections: 3/31/09

Card #2:

Last Payment: 3/18/08
Pay Status: Charged Off
Remarks: Purchased by another Lender

This card was purchased by LHR Inc
Date Place for Collections: 5/7/09

Card #3:

Last Payment: 3/18/08
Pay Status: Charged Off
Remarks: Purchased by another Lender

This card was purchased by LTD fINANCIAL sERVICES
Date Place for Collections: 11/26/08

I do not show having received any contact from any of these companies so my question is, since the debt was sold, what is the SOL for these.

TIA

The SOL does not change - it's figured from the time you last made a payment...

Don't let them sucker you into making any kind of payment or promise to do so. You will reset the SOL clock. Do DV them and inform them they are SOL. You must do this every time a new JDB tries to bill you.
