Why is Experian so hard to dispute items ? It seems although you can only dispute 1 time before they mark it frivolous and will not let you dispute again

I disputed 1 item...it came back as verified. I asked for MOV and got a letter back deeming my dispute frivolous.

I'll be filing my FCRA suit against them - and serving it on April 1.

Cool

I recently did a dispute two weeks ago and was amazed that they removed it! I expected a fight but it was removed immediately! Go figure!

Send them certified court documents that say "dismissed with prejudice." It worked for me anyway.

Well, we really have to put a great fight in order for our dispute not to be removed online. Would sending a follow-up do make difference at all?

Third party? No. Hell no. I watched an elderly woman who relied on a third party to settle her debts get steamrolled in court. I felt slimy just for watching it.

That is, unless that third party is a reputable consumer attorney and you can afford the fees.
