Disputing a item more than once

When I first started thinking about my credit reports I made the mistake of disputing an item online. Of course it came back verified and I knew nothing of the things I have learned here so I had no further action.

Fast Forward about a year and here I am wanting to dispute this item with my new found knowledge of the process; however, on the credit reports in the comment section there is a note that I have previously disputed this particular listing.

Can I move forward with a new dispute? Do I need to do something special to indicate there is new evidence or something of that nature?

I say keep disputing them until they quit accepting your mail. They may say that it is a frivilous claim, but, I am just going to keep hammering them, hammering them and hammering them. One day I might get somebody that opens the mail and says crap this guy again, and just deleted it.

I've got a JDB on my credit report with 4 different items; all of them reaged to '08 and it says; dispute resolved; consumer disagrees
I KNOW I never disputed these, and further, I KNOW they were reaged.
I'm going to dispute until the cows come home-just like crash5050 says.

Maybe what you can do is write a letter to that effect, so that you can explain fully your side and the bureau has something to refer to when needed.

stop disputing with the CRA and dispute directly with the trade line furnisher. who is it?

You can send a 623 dispute directly to HSBC, ask them for riecords
