I have a couple 90 day late's on my credit report from when I was unaware that my diferment had ended. Getting these blemishes removed would greatly help me out. Could somebody please pm me the lastest contact info to send a GW letter to ACS?

can anyone PM me the contact information used for a goodwill letter to ACS? I am having difficulty getting anyone to help on the phone, even though the late marks on my credit report are caused by their system having incorrect information.

I called ACS on Monday of this week and after repeating myself to the csr, she finally caved (it seemed like she was hesitant to help me with this) and instructed me to write a letter and send in a copy of my credit report showing the specific accounts that were in discussion. I sent a well thought out goodwill letter along with a copy of my credit report via certified mail with receipt to Utica, NY address. We will see how this goes...

Its 2012 fiance and I are trying to get a VA Loan however we must have ACS forgive lates from May to November 2011. He was granted a forberance effective 4/2011 until 3/2012 however late payments have been reported and have not been taken off. HELP HELP we are in a pinch found the house but can't get approved until this is taken care of.
