TERI filed for bankruptcy on April 7th, 2008???NO MORE guarantor on student loans

While TERI did file bankruptcy, their loans are still collectable and have not gone away. There is an office in Boston that has taken over the accounts so make sure to get their contact information from the previous account holder, otherwise the new guarantor can continue the same collection methods than TERI used.
