Default New Forum for Legal Resources created - Stickies moved

We were getting too many stickies - so I moved all of the case law, sample forms, and State laws into a new sub forum.

Is an affadavit signed by an attorney rep. the plaintiff with copies of cc statements attached considered to be a 'Business Record'? If so, should this be subject to a MTS. This has no account #, only name, address, and logo.
