Default I have a stupid question

I'm getting ready to send out 3 motions in GA Superior Court. Can I send the Court all 3 motions in the same envelope? Can I send all 3 to the lawyer as well? Thanks.

To the court i would use regular mail,To the law office i would send certified return receipt. They can go in the same envelope or if you live close drop them off at the law office and the court.

Not only can you, but you should. Nothing better than them opening an envelope full of motions and discovery. Plus you have a better shot at them missing something if you hit them all at once with it.

The clerk's office, I would assume, would rather have all your motions at once anyway. It will be easier for them to enter into the computer or file. I would use certified sending to the other side. I was able, with court approval, to use email. That really made it nice when they tried to "not get something." It does take away from the paperwork mountain you want to hit them with.

Don't take it personal, in fact, get used to it. Somebody's gotta win and somebody's gotta lose and I believe in letting the other guy lose. It ain't bragging when you back it up.

Why two threads for the same case? Makes it harder to follow.
