confused ?
Hi Folks !
The more I read the more I am confused ..Somewhat anyhow. Alleged Credit card default. I answered a summons on the return date stated.The summons came with 8 accusations of complaint. The generic Form I was given had 3 choices on how to answer it. I chose deny for all 8 Why didn't they send anything with the complaint. . Last edited by My~Cuz~n~Vinny~; 02-12-2012 at 04:30 PM.
