 Cynthia Welt is a licensed real estate agent practicing in the Phoenix, Arizona metropolitan area. A native of the state, Cynthia obtained her undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northern Arizona University, and spent the first 15 years of her professional life in the corporate arena as an engineering manager of a large electronics firm.
Finding the daily grind of the corporate world to be limiting and desirous of a change, Cynthia left that life in the early 2000's and began to "expand her horizons". After spending several years traveling both domestically and abroad (Cynthia has visited over 30 different countries to date and is an avid whitewater rafter), decided to change directions and explore new profession(s) that she felt passionate about; real estate fell right into that category.
