My latest customer asked me during our consultation whether or not he could tape the conversation…what a Good Idea!
Sometimes, even though my clients are paying me, I wonder if they are listening. Sometimes they even argue with me over whether or not I am right. I always think – if you don’t think I’m right, why are you paying me??
I did need to repeat somethings, but hey, if the guy wants to be that organized, I can respect that. He lives in California and doesn’t need my permission, but it was certainly polite.
