Just got this email from a client….this collection agencies lawyers tried everything to get this guy to pay and they had no information or proof on the case - sent him bogus affidavits, etc. They sent him interrogatories, scared him half to death, he was on the phone with me, shaking in his boots. They tried once before to sue him, then went away for a whole year. Losers.

Hi there, I won the case, the lawyer was a fill-in for Palisades and he had nothing in his possession as evidence so he asked the judge per instructions from them to dismiss the case and of course I agreed, case over also prior he took me outside the court room and asked me if I wanted to settle and I said settle what I don’t owe you anything and then he said ok and we went back in court and waited to be called anyway, I won and these people are just waiting for default so they can get you anyway, thanks for your help I really appreciate it and working with me thank you !
