I have been attempting to get a wrongful judgment reversed due to improper filing and false evidence filed against me by Columbia Credit Services in NYC. After all the information found regarding the criminal actions by Columbia Credit Services, I am sure that I can get this judgment overturned. I have filed many times with the Appellate Court with documented proof that CCS DID NOT follow proper filing procedure and that this case should have been dismissed. Because I am not an attorney, they did not acknowledge my appeals and they were denied.

Does anyone know of a Good attorney that could assist me with filing a New Appeal, as I believe, the court will recognize the facts if presented by an attorney.

Any and all help in this matter is greatly appreciated.

Dave,

Unfortunately you've far exceeded the statute of limitations. Then again, since as of today the NAF is basically a lame duck maybe you can get in one one of the many (I'd expect) lawsuits that are going to crop up.

I was a victim of NAF. Does anybody know if an old judgment can be reversed? Besides stating I owed $19000.oo, thet tacked on $8000.00 in attorneys fees. I've never felt so helpless.

I tried to dispute some of the lawsuit, but my father was literally dying. This happened 6 years ago. I don't think it can be reversed, but if fraud was found--maybe--I could try to get it reversed? Any help would be appreciated?
I'll answer any car question, or home building question in return. My heart goes out to anyone who has ever had to deal with these people.
