My hopes is to file an answer the the (summons) complaint within 30 days so that I don't get a default judgement--again. I was so crippled last time and last time I had a right to fight it, but was too afraid to fight an old debt that had long been clocked out. Seriously, two years ago, I would not been able to get help from a lawyer or an online community like this. I wish I did then.
