		<description>I have looked at where Dial Tech operated out of. Normally, that building would be occupied my medical type professionals.

Paper trash was strewn around their traditional Buffalo blue garbage totes we use in this city. I had wondered how much of that paper contained personal info on the alleged debts they were trying to collect.
