		<description>Very interesting...the bureaus will tell you that it&#039;s illegal for a credit repair company to tell consumers that &quot; items reporting accurately can be deleted&quot;.  This may be the case...however, as you have written, it is never illegal to dispute anything on your credit report.  IMHO, they (the bureaus) want consumers to think that they cannot remove anything reporting accurately  even if the furnisher of information can not validate or prove that the item belongs to you!  We know that this is grounds for having the item deleted of course!</description>
