Have Foreclosures Been Halted in My State?

Heard the news recently regarding fraudulent paperwork and affidavits used by mortgage lenders in the foreclosure process? The revelations forced many of the major banks to completely halt foreclosures in 23 states requiring a court order to proceed with a foreclosure. If your state doesn’t require a court order, you live in what’s called a non-judicial state.
