The letter states that they got an affidavit from their process server that summons and complaint has been served upon me.They enclosed copy of summons. According to your advise I want to answer to the court re:complaints (within 20 days )which I'm trying to do now;but there is no complaint number, it has just index # and no allegations are listed,just amount due which is around $1100.My question is based on what allegations /complaints I should build my letter .
