What Exactly is in the new Economic Stimulus Plan – Part 1

It’s all so confusing, isn’t it? There is one program after another being approved or proposed. I’ve been spending a lot of time trying to figure it all out. For this article, I’m going to go over the new Stimulus Package. The official name is The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA), the official website for the entire package is here.
