I fight with DF on number 3 all the time but if he starts using the sink I'll have to make sure a mouse trap is set up there for the big surprise.

I was looking and can't find the reference but I think you need to first find out if there's a state requirement for license and/or bonding. For example my state does not require either so all they have to be is licensed for business. Don't know bout CO though. If I find the reference I'll post it. Maybe someone has it.
