  2. UPDATE: Plaintiff Dismissed the case the day after they received my mail. I sent them a Meet& Confer letter and attached an objection to witness called in violation of CCP96. They did not name any witness. Instead they put ‘ person most knowledgable’ which violated ccp96 Without any witness, they cannot authenticate any documents. Thank you for all of your help!! Im truly grateful!

  3. Hi everyone, I just got my win from California today. Plaintiff filed a request for Dismissal the day after they got my mail. I sent them a Meet& Confer letter and objection attached to their Violation of CCP96 letting them know that I will object if they plan to call any witness. Without a competent witness who has personal knowledge, they cannot authenticate any documents. Im very grateful for this forum and to @calawyer@LoveIsPower@ATSmedic @HomelessInCalifornia @RyanEX@sadinca and many others as well. I just want to say that you can win too!! Just dont give up with

  4. The absolute best way to preserve your credit score is to file bankruptcy before you go late on any of your accounts. Without the hundreds of derogatory marks, and the bankruptcy being the only derogatory thing on your credit report, you could be 700-plus FICO in two to three years from now. (My sister was 720 FICO 2 years post-BK.) Most mortgage lenders will consider you for approval 2 years after BK. You'd never get this with 5 defaulted credit card accounts totaling $30k. If you decide to go bankruptcy, be sure to open a secured credit card as soon as you can after your bankruptcy case

  5. If you are happy with the outcome then it did work out. Congratulations. You are the only one who decides if it worked out because you have to live with it.

  6. Just arrived home from the Franklin County Municipal Court. The Plaintiff dismissed the case against me before pre-trial was even heard. I'll post details of what I filed as soon as I get the official notice of case being dismissed. Thanks for everyone that pointed me to the right direction!
