  1. Hey thank you for your responses and for sharing your experience with your mortgage. I am having a challenge finding a reputable attorney who is willing to go up against the bank we are fighting. The CEO and President of the bank is apparently one of the most powerful men in Oklahoma. So I guess in Oklahoma "powerful men" do not have to follow the law....????  I do not agree with that.

Do you have any suggestions? Thank you! Stephanie Saunders 580.235.1549 cell

I'm sorry if I took it wrong - I fired our attorney today because I got a lecture about why we should settle with the bank and part of it was about how bad people (a jury) hates attorneys (so we can expect to be hated by a jury).  We both went back to school "later in life" and have over 100k in student loans, we would like to think we have made the world a better place by helping a lot of people but got too caught up in "DOING THE RIGHT THING"  for everyone but our own pocketbook.

We have drastically altered our business practices but our cases are 2-3 years start to finish and it is taking some time to come out of the hole we put ourselves in. The bank is well aware of this and they have completely taken advantage.
