I just signed up for credit monitoring at privacyguard.com. I was wondering how accurate the credit scores were. It shows I have a 607EQ, 606TU and 602EFX scores. When I pulled from annualcreditreport.com last fall, my scores were way lower - 560ish.
So, I am trying to get my mortgage license but I have roughly $1300 in collections. Does anyone have success stories of negotiating reduced payoffs or payment plans with Credit Control Corp, Equidata, Calvary Portfolio, Trident Asset and/or Receivables Management? They are mostly medical and I recently found them on my credit report. I am due to start Dec 2 so I don't have much time to negotiate or dispute. Any advice?
