  1. March i sent a dispute letter, waited 30 days, no response. April i sent a second dispute letter, and still no response. Last month may, i sent a third letter warning them that they are in violation of the FCRA, and still have not received a response yet for any letter. Since I am a pro se litigant, i do t use lawyers.
  2. I appreciate all your responses, i have an understanding of law to the effect that i always represent myself in court. Should I file a complaint thru CFPB or FTC and than go to the courthouse and file suit? Would that be my next step?
  3. I disputed negative erroneous items on my credit reports, and no they never responded.
  4. Thank you for responding. well I've been doing everything by usps certified mail, keeping accurate records, so can i just write to them by mail? And also, what is the best way to write the letter to them
  5. Ok so, due to being ignored by the bureaus, i have sent my 3rd letter to all 3 bureaus warning them that i will be sending a formal complaint to the FTC, however i have never gotten this far. Can someone please assist me in writing a letter to the FTC about this.
