  1. I was able to view an old one. I stand corrected. I must have had a not so smart moment and tried to start paying it down at some point in 2018 Last payment Mar. 2018
  2. I believe it was around 6 years ago. As soon as Cavalry put their collection on my credit, the Citibank/THD fell off completely, at least on credit karma. So I can not see the last payment date. I am trying to figure out how to get the exact date of last payment.
  3. Has anyone dealt with Cavalry? They recently (in the last couple of weeks). took over a Citibank / Home Depot that is about 6 years old so was probably about to fall off. I have went to court against Portfolio a couple of times and won with the advice of a texasrocker but this is my first dance with Cavalry. Will they sue me? If they do, are they "good" and will they show up and fight me? They have called and emailed me several times. I have not answered a phone call but I did use their email to creat an online account and tried to settle for less than half and they immediately hit me back at about 85%. Any advice is appreciated
  4. Was at work just saw this. No they did not oppose the MSJ, or show up for the hearing.
  5. ****UPDATE***** I won my case with the ongoing assistance of @texasrocker! I filed everything that he advised me to in the manner advised to both the courts and PRA. Ultimately, when advised by him, I filled a Motion for Summary Judgement and got a court date. The court date has came and gone, and I won, the judge was pleasantly surprised by all of my documents and the undisputable evidence and signed the MSJ! Thank you @texasrocker for all of your advice, I could not have done this without you!
