    Hello, as others here I have been served (yesterday) with a Citation from PRA, I have 14 days to answer the Citation in the Justice Court here in Harris County Texas. How do I answer?  I went to the courts website but I was not able to find a form to reply with and answer to PRA suit.

      Hello, I found what I hope is the correct form (attached) to answer the citation.  I want to try the Arbitration Strategy that fisthardcheese mentions. In the attached form under other answers is this where I put Lack of Subject Matter Jurisdiction – The underlying contract contains a private arbitration clause which the Defendant has elected to exercise. Therefore, This Court does not have jurisdiction to hear this matter”.
