  1. Yeah, I'm just wondering the most successful way to answer, and if anyone saw any flaws in their evidence presented. Maybe I will go the arbitration route as Brothers mentioned. Also weird is the opposition lawyer's firm address is 90 mins away from the court in Hackensack, I wonder why Cavalry didn't choose a firm closer to me.
  2. Hi guys, I was sued by Cavalry for $7.7k and was gonna get the default judgement because I didn't want to deal with it and then I found this forum. I have a few more days left and all the time in the world to write up an answer, so I was wondering what is the best way to approach this, should I research how to answer this or should I go for a motion to dismiss? I am new to the process so any help is appreciated. Thanks. I have attached what they have sent me in PDF. Edited_Case.pdf
