Clothing items and supplements, the items were too small, said where large they were for my mom as a gift but it didnt fit her, way too small, so contacted the merchant never responded, for the supplements they tasted really expired, contacted the merchant also never responded, so contacted credited card company told them this information they investigated it, gave me the credit back, and closed my case. just wondering if a case is closed, can it be reopened it the future? Thats all i want to know sorry for not be specific.
