  1. I don't know if things have changed in the last 2 years, but that is how long I have had a checking acct with usaa, and I have never been in the military and no family members have been in the military. As far as the BK I am not sure.
  2. Well I thought that since a fraud alert was on file it would just make them be more careful and make sure I was the actual person applying for the card, they was able to pull a inquiry. Does that mean to say that they just tried and wasn't able to pull my report, anyway I tried to call but they didn't have anything in their system. This fraud thing is becoming a problem, I never asked for it some CRA put it on there and the other Two put it on their too because I disputed as "not mine" and it has helped me get inquiries off since it was put on there, but I guess I need to just take it off.

I totally agree with this just a little upset it took me so long and a unnecessary chargeoff to realize it , I used to decided what to pay either this or that and I realize I could do both I just used the credit that I had available and took the cash and paid the cc that way both bills were paid, and I haven't missed a payment since
  4. I applied yesterday and got the further processing required probably due to the fraud alert on file but they pulled EQ do you think I will get it with a 594 fako.
  5. I've noticed that Chevron will give you a rebuilder card if you at least have a positive tl on report they pulled eq for me

Ok I have an Orchard Secured CC, but as my scores are increasing the preselector for the Household cards now says that I qualify for the Orchard Classic Mastercard annual fee 49.00, I know that some ppl were denied because they already have a cc from Household and some ppl continue to receive more than one cc from Household so do u think since the one I already have is Secured that they would also let me have the unsecured as well.

I have had this card for 2 months now I should get my 1st 100.00 increase next month, but they have not reported to CRA yet, I also have Total card by Plains Commerce , may be the same company, I know it is the same customer service reps, but it is very high fees but it has helped my credit score tremdously which use to be in the 400's. Many may not agree with this, but it has help me I look at it like this I ruined my credit, so I have to pay a little more than the average person to get it back, if the fees don't kill ya, go for it.
  11. sometimes I get confused about which 30 days. No I didn't dispute within 30 days of receiving my first letter they sent. Yes I did dispute with the CRA once I receive the green cards back, as of today account is still listed "in dispute" I haven't heard back other than that settlement letter, so I sent a 2nd dv--guess we'll see what happens.
