  1. Does anyone know what LANDAM CR SV is? I recentl applied for a construction loan, but when I did the preapproval for it, the pull came from the bank. Could that be what this is?
  2. Here's the situation: I had a FNB Omaha card that got sold to Emerge. It ended up getting charged off, not sure whether before it got sold or not. Anyways, it's in collections with Midland Credit, who I have asked for statements showing how my 1500 balance is now at 2700, nothing from them so far. I got the tradeline deleted and a letter from FNB Omaha showing the deletion. On October 1, it shows up on my report under Emerge/FNB Omaha with a 1675 balance. Today, I pull my daily Transunion report and there are three hard pulls on them from just yesterday. Is it legal for them to do three hard pulls on one report in one day? Also, since the letter for deletion came from FMB Omaha, do they still have to re-delete it? And if not, shouldn't it show a $0 balance since it is in collections with Midland? Can I ask the OC to take the account back so I can deal with them only. Midland keeps telling me they'll settle for half the amount that they say I owe. I don't want it to show settled, since that would be my original balance anyways.
  3. I got my Amex charge off completely removed from my reports. I called and spoke to someone in the credit bureau department. It was mine and a legitimate trade line, however, she said that she could remove it and it was gone the next day. I was also sent a letter and it has never reappeared.
  4. No, no bumping. I've been banned from monitoring from Transunion, just bought a single report. Nothing else is different. All of my accounts are still there, however, some of the payment histories are gone, that's all.
  5. Ok, Transunion is all messed up and now won't even let me pull a Fico score. I pulled my report directly from Transunion and now my payment history is really short. I 've had my Discover card for over 4 years now, and it's only showing 9 months worth of history. The plus side is that all of my late payments are now gone though. My question is, do I let them know and take the shorter, perfect payment history, or get my history back along with the 12 lates that are with it?
  6. I am an authorized user on my parents sears card. It shows up on Experian and Equifax, but won't show up on Transunion and it's showing. My fico score is about 40 points lower with everything else being exactly the same. I need it to show up because I'm going in for a mortgage in the next few weeks. Does anyone know how to make Transunion add it? Angie
  7. Yea, definately not the date that they closed the account at the CA, they still keep sending letters. They won't accept a PFD, but they will take a settlement offer. I'm going to lose my mind with this company.
  8. What does it mean when it says date closed on my credit report? Does that mean that they don't have the account any longer or what? Also, does anyone have experience with ACC? Any luck with a PFD? AMERICAN COLLN CORP 919 ESTES CT SCHAUMBURG, IL 60193-4427 (847) 352-1300 Balance: $ 861 Date Verified: 07/2007 Original Balance: $ 861 Original Creditor: TCF NATIONAL BANK IL Past Due: >$ 861< Pay Status: >Collection Account< Account Type: Open Account Responsibility: Individual Account Date Closed: 07/2007 Loan Type: Open Account - Collection Agency Attorney Remark: Dispute resolved-customer disagrees Date placed for collection: 09/2004 Estimated date that this item will be removed: 07/2011
  9. Does anyone have any ideas on this for me?
  10. Status as of Oct, 2007 Date opened May, 2005 Date of last activity Dec, 2005 Date of last payment Not Reported Date closed Not Reported Account number Loan type Unknown - Credit Extension, Review, Or Collection Account status [?] Account is Closed Descriptions [?] Account closed at credit grantor's request No contact information provided by Experian Balance [?] Current Status [?] Past Due Amount [?] $239 Account seriously past due date/account assigned to attorney, collection agency, or credit grantor's internal collection department $239 Seven year payment history [?] 30 days late 0 times 60 days late 0 times 90+ days late 3 times (Nov 2007, Nov 2006, Dec 2005) Worst Delinquency [?] Charge Off, Collection, Or Bankruptcy On Equifax, it says that the dola is February 2005 and four lates on the account. On Transunion it says that the account is closed, no dola and also there are no lates on it. Now the lates on Equifax and Experian don't all match up with each other. Equifax shows lates in March and April of 2007, October 2006 and December 2005. My question is...If this is a charge off or sent to collections, which it has gone through three different agencies now, how can they keep saying that it is late? Don't they have to stop reporting lates after it gets sent out or am I incorrect in my thinking? It's not an internal agency, it's been sent to Penn Credit. I have no problem paying it, however, I want to get it off of my report if at all possible. I have dv'd and it comes back every time as verified. I sent Verizon a pfd and they sent back a letter saying they have no control over my account anymore. Does anyone have any experience with Verizon landline?
  11. My boyfriend and I are going to build a new house. We were given the land, which can be used as our down payment we have been told. His credit scores are all in the mid 700's. Mine fall anywhere from 590 to 650. Are we going to get a bad interest rate due to my credit? Also, are all of my collection accounts going to have to be paid before we can get a loan? Any help is appreciated.
  12. I have a question about this. So I have a paid judgement on my report for an apartment complex. When I tried to get a new hearing, they basically said in a letter to the judge that they have no idea what a $77 judgment was for but that I had paid them all the money that I owed them when I paid them $2000+ a couple of years ago. This caused the judge to mark it as paid instead of setting a new hearing for it. If a new hearing had been set for it, there wouldn't have been a judgment against me since they had no idea what it was for to begin with. They didn't have an attorney representing them when they filed the suit against me. When I called the courthouse to see about getting it vacated, they told me I had to go through the Indiana State Court of Appeals for some reason. Is there any paperwork that I can just send to the apartment complex to have them sign and then send to the court to get this vacated? A judgment for $77 that shouldn't even be there is severly dropping my score and I want it gone. When I send a letter to the court trying to explain the situation, they send me back a letter saying that it has been satisfied. Any help is appreciated!

  14. I have a quick question. I see everyone saying to get the address that is tied to the judgment deleted, but how do you know what address it is? For an eviction judgment, is it the address that you got evicted from or where they sent the papers to let you know about it?
  15. Does anyone know of an email address for UCB collections? I have three accounts on my report from them that shouldn't be there and all the people I get on the phone are rude and try to hang up on me. Thanks!
