Listen, I make enough money for the both of us, why don’t you retire and get that nagging handicap down to 7 or 8. 16. What do you mean today’s our anniversary? 17. 3. http://www.hyundaiusa.com/financing/HyundaiAssurance/HyundaiAssurance.aspx I guess this deserves serious thought...if your looking for a car. In an attempt to combat economic uncertainty among automobile buyers, Hyundai and local affiliate AutoFair Hyundai are offering a first-of-its-kind one-year guarantee return program. Starting today, the dealer begins allowing a new-car buyer to return the vehicle in the event of "life-altering circumstances" such as layoffs, job transfers and accidental deaths up to a year after the purchase. Says AutoFair Hyundai Chief Operating Officer Andy Crews, "It's no secret that with economic uncertainty, customers have been hesitant on car purchases. With the new Hyundai guarantee, our customers no longer have to worry about car payments when they encounter unexpected life changes, and our cars are a natural choice
  4. This is a great idea...I have been living without buying for awhile...and fear of losing my job, has tightened my financial goals....I need to pay every dime I can on my cards, not too many I can't handle, just a lot of little ones here and there.. I agree on putting each extra penny to good use...feel great to be debt free.. heres my question? Does this wallet full of cards make my butt look fat?
  5. JMHO, I have been debt free for a number of years..and the feeling of owning a home without monthly payments is priceless.... While paying off that mortgage, make sure you have an emergency fund. Investing in yourself is a great idea, using a Roth IRA is great, and perhaps a 401K plan from work, you can have both. CD's are good because you can get to your money if you have an emergency. Good luck Girl... BTW I like the new avatar:mrgreen:
  6. Sears was not even part of Citi when I had my account...but when I applied at Citi for a card, Not knowing Citi bought Sears.. Sears CA's came put of the woodwork again, this account is over 20 years old. The called and mailed and generally harassed me until I sent Asset a FOAD letter. I have never had a citi card and never will now...I don't know if it's any different than any other citi cards... It JMHO
  7. Sometimes a sales rep can get your CLI, depending on what you buy... BTW I would avoid Sears at all cost, they will be a bitch to shake if you default...I still get CA's calling after 20 years Good luck to ya

  10. I have to agree about the photos. even enlarged they are still too small...they do nor show amy room details, like the floors...just the windows...I hate too many windows.
