    hi there i have read that a collection agency must be registered in the state of collections. does a collection agency have to be registered in the state of wisconsin. if their law firm is registered would that be enought to be able to collect. where would i get information about how to answer 1 request to admit 2 acompanying interrogatories 3 request for production of documents thank you debtmagic:)
