  4. strive4credit: thanks so much, the email list worked, "Libby" called me from the executives offices to tell me they were going to remove the 2 lates from my credit report and restore my credit line to the previous limit! to everyone else, DON'T GIVE UP!!! I felt like I was screwed after talking directly to customer service, you CAN get things fixed though, just need to get your letter to the right office/person!

  7. Ok, I've had a Citibank/Fredmeyers credit card since 02/08. Always paid the bill on time, never late, bought my wife a ton of jewelery, etc, never had a problem. In march, I paid what I thought was the full balance. While I was paying it, there website basically harassed me into applying for paperless statements, I realize this was my biggest mistake. Anyhow, I had a left over 5.05$ balance for interest. I didn't realize this because I never looked at the statement, because I thought I paid the card off (big mistake) My wife and I got pre-approved for a mortgage in end of April, I had a 747/73
  8. OP, I'm having the same problem with Citibank/Fredmeyers. I thought I paid my balance in full, I had a 5.05$ reoccurring interest charge, but I had changed to paperless billing so I never saw it. stupid of me not to check I know, they never even tried to call me to get the money, I would have paid it immediately. so far after 2 attempts they've said the same thing. not sure what else to try, would be interested to see what you out!
