  1. I just wanted to say Thank You to all that has posted information. I am just doing alot of reading right now. I do have a question about the "admit" and "deny" thing. On the Complaint, questions 2 & 3, they are stating that I had an account with Chase is that something that I admit to?
  2. You guys are very correct when assuming that I don't have money for attorney fees. A little about me..I was employed at a company for 20 years and in 2009 I was laid off. One day I had a job making great money and never missed a payment on anything to getting unemployment checks. I was unemployed for a year and a half and then in June 2010 I was hired making less than half of my last job. I struggle just to live these days much less have any extra money.   4. I was handed a Summons/Complaint by our local sheriff's dept where I work at yesterday. It is from Omega Credit, Inc. "for" Chase Bank USA from 2009. I ran a credit report in 2010 and it showed Chase Bank USA account as charged off. I ran another credit report today and it showed Chase Bank USA account closed and purchased by another lender. I have read all day today about what to do and I am so confused. I know that I need to write a letter in answer to the complaint, but I am stuck. I am not familiar with attorney language or the State of MS laws. I would appreciate any help given on how to
