  1. Linda7, I have tried to PM you for some help with AAA Arbitration, but your mailbox is full. Guess you are really popular! Please PM me when you have room in your mailbox. Thanks!
  2. I think my favorite are the German wheat beers (Hefeweizen). Weihenstephaner and Schneider are the best of the bunch in my opinion. These beers are great in the summer!
  3. I have actually tried the Westvleteren 12 which is supposed to be the best beer in the world according to many people. It is a Trappist Ale from an Abby in Belgium. Very, very good!
  4. Same here. I went to Europe a few years ago and had to get used to drinking WARM beer. For some reason they don't like it cold in many places over there...
  5. I don't like the tiny bottles beer comes in there! It seems like it is 10 ounces or less I also don't think the Balashi (Sp?) local beer is all that good either.
  6. I have tried a few times today with no luck. Thought it was something on my end.
  7. I barely ever watch TV except when a series looks interesting enought to hold my attention for awhile. Lately the only ones that have are The Walking Dead and Falling Skys. Neither are running right now... The only real exception to this are shows like Forensic Files.
  8. I can't seem to find the "Quick Links" tab. Can someone tell me where it is located? Thanks.
  9. Chase purchased the debt from WAMU in 2009 and resold it to Riverwalk Holdings later in 2009. The attorney sent the WAMU CC Agreement with a huge stack of Request for Admissions, Interrogatories and Requests for Production. These need to be answered this week. They claim the last payment I made on the debt was during the time that WAMU still owned it. I am just going to Object to all of it since I am electing arbitration and that should be the proper forum to decide discovery rules. I looked at all of the written correspondence from the attorney and only one (a debt validation letter) has the
  10. I was sued by a JDB concerning an alleged debt that I have paid what I thought was a settlement agreement to satisfy. I am not even going to use that argument since I lost the paperwork associated with it in a move and the OC is no longer in business (WAMU). This alleged debt was bought by Chase before being purchased by the JDB. The total debt is $1,200 + attorney fees and court costs. The CC Agreement only lists NAF and AAA as possible Administrators. I want to send a letter to elect arbitration using AAA. Do I need to have something other than the disputed debt for AAA to accept the case? I
  11. I am basically in this same situation wondering if I should just initiate to keep the attorney from this type of argument. The agreement only lists NAF and AAA so I would be using AAA. I haven't sent the election letter, and would like to know if there are any updates on how this case has progressed for you (if any).
