Was in a 3 month program with Cap1, when my account was 60+ days late. Each month when i dilegently called in my pmts they said they'd "work with me to remove the $35, late fees". Now they say, there is nothing they can do about those. My account is now $105 over its limits (i.e. $35 x 3 months) They are NOT willing to work with me, even though THREE different CSR reps said they could. My account is now 'current' but over its limit. What is my recourse here? I want to keep this account since its the ONLY good acct. I have. To complicate things further. My Orchard bank card, is in collections...and Cap1 bought out orchard and owns that acct. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
