Do we now move on with the proccess, or can they file another motion for summary judgement with more proof. Also this is for only a couple thousand, do you think they may drop it if I continue to fight them. The reality is even if they win I am judgement proof and on the verge of filing bk. They must have done an asset search and realized theirs not anything to get.. Does any one know if they will keep spending to carry on? Thanks for any help.
