    http://www.ftc.gov/opa/2013/07/nco.shtm The FTC reached a settlement with Expert Global Solutions, called the world’s largest debt collector, to the tune of $3.2 million. I haven't dealt with EGS in that name, but I recognize some it's subsiduaries, such as NCO Financial and North Shore Agency. It's just a drop in the bucket for a company that had $1.2 billion in revenue in 2011. I wish more people, in general, were aware of their rights and of how these companies violate the FDCPA.
