Today I received requests from several companies on my CR requesting I validate accounts. Midland, Asset and PRA all 3 sent requests for Full Name, Full CC Number, Address (Current and past 10 years), approximate account opening dates, account balances, Last payment and date, and my employer name. NONE of them have judgments against me. GECRB did the same for two CCs that they claim I have/had. CAP1 did the same for 4 accounts they claim I had with them. NONE of these letters gave me any idea what they are talking about...no reference numbers or anything. I did recently do requests for verification with all 3 major CBs. Anyone seen this sort of thing before??

I had a vehicle repossessed in December 2008. My last payment was made Sept 2008) which is what was stated as date of first delinquency. The listing showed that there was a payment made in February 2009 (which I am assuming is when they sold the car at auction). A dispute/investigation letter was sent to TU stating that there hadn't been any payments made since Sept 2009 and that they needed to investigate. They sent me back the results and it updated the listing with a different balance and now all three CRA's are reporting the DOFD as March 2009. I sent the method of verification letter to TU and I'm waiting for that information. Should I send letters to EQ and EXP asking them to investigate why the information changed, or should I wait to see what TU says. I know for a fact that I made no payments since Sept 2009. Would the payment from the sale of the vehicle count as a payment? I would like to get the listing corrected back to what it was (for obvious reasons). What if anything, can or should be done to have this corrected back to what it was? See attached for what the listings look/looked like...I tried pasting it here, but it changed to text only and was difficult to read.

More good news! Transunion has concluded their investigation of my dispute. Only 4 bad tradelines remain on my credit file. YAY! What now? I know I can re-dispute the tradeline for a CA because have incorrect last 4 digit of SSN. But the OC is still reporting this tradeline. What are my chances of getting both removed with the information CA gave me? Another CA has a medical bill that I DV'd them on but have yet to receive anything. I sent the hospital a letter too. I am considering writing to the president/chairman of the hospital's board regarding my case. Is this a good idea? The last tradeline on my credit is from CA that I sent a refuse to pay letter to because it's SOL. So I just have to live with that until it drops off next year. By the way, what is "NEW INFORMATION" category as a result of their investigation? Thanks!
