This may not be covered in this forum but I will ask anyways just in case something is familiar with any statute that is violated in NOT TELLING THE TRUTH to Consumers. An entity - a servicer of mortgage loan profers two conficting information on their roles --- one, THE LENDER based on their New Agreement; the other SERVICER, and reaffirms this standing when asked to validate their LENDER standing with competent and verifiable material evidence. Both roles are exhibited in written documents that came from them. Any input is very much appreciated. Thank you.
