Hello Fellow Members! I need a little help. I am being sued by of course, Midland! As advised on a previous thread, I plan to file a MTC arbitration. By reading the attached agreement, can anyone interpret whether or not I can file a MTC/Arbitration in Georgia? The summons/claim was issued without previous notice and was filed at the Magistrate Courts in Gwinnett County. I currently have 16 days left to file an answer. I was advised to file a MTC after I file my answer. However I do not know the steps to take exactly. Such as, should I file an answer at the same time? Is there anywhere one can find a copy of a Juniper Bank CC agreement online??? It's not on consumerfinance.gov because Juniper no longer exists... I know Juniper was absorbed by Barclays at some point; I'm interested in viewing Juniper's agreement pre-absorption... Thanks...

Hi All, I was curious if anyone involved with DFS/Dell Financial Services/CIT has a copy of the Account Agreement. I'd like to take a look at it to strategize for my case. I realize mine may be different but I was hoping to see what may be out there. One of the specifics I am looking for is if it defines what states laws govern the agreement. Thanks
