Hello, Life Lock's ID protection has the option for credit monitoring. I realize that they use Vantage Score 3. but it has the same range as FICO, 300-850, which a Life Lock rep stated in an email but didn't take the time to look at the score. It is a single digit- 4. How can I be 296 points lower than the lowest possible score? I have yet to pull my FICO from freeannualreport but any comments, opinions, ideas, recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Mortgage lender told me to remove "Accounts In Dispute" on my credit report. 4 collection accounts are affected. All these accounts are "closed." Of these 4 accounts, 2 collections were recent disputes the other 2 were disputed about a year and a half ago. 1 of the recent disputed accounts, I paid recently. I called all 3 CRAs and all of them agreed to remove these remarks (without much prodding just long wait times over the phone). My question is: How badly is this going to affect my credit score when the lender pulls it again? thank you!
