  1. Received summons from Midland Funding for old Credit One Bank Credit Card debt totaling $746.04. Last Payment was January 2015. I have read I might be able to contest since the person filling saying they have knowledge of Midland’s record keeping, but no mention of Credit One Bank’s record keeping process? Also, it appears the debt was sold from Credit One to two other entities before Midland, is that a good possibility they don’t have all the records needed? Looking at my original credit agreement I can enter arbitration AAA and JAMs is also listed?. I read somewhere the plaintiff will often give up if the cost of AAA or JAMS is more than the debt. Any suggestions. Received today 12/7/2016.
