Hello all, I had medications on May 2014 and it was supposed to be covered by workers compensation as sprained my ankle at work. I also had my personal health insurance on file. After receiving medications, i had to move out from the address (was in that address until August 2014 - not received a single bill or notification about anything). On April 24 2015, i ran a credit report check and found that there is a collection account for an $xxx amount which was initially reported in Feb 2015.
