  1. Today we received a garnishment order for a judgement we have no knowledge of. When we called the courthouse, they told us a company called CACH, LLC sued us in 2014 and won a judgement. We moved to Georgia from another state at the end of 2013 which meant we had to get a new cell carrier and new phone numbers.. We never received any summons nor phone calls from this company. My husband nor I have taken any loans or credit cards out for many years (other than thr one credit card we have and is in good standing). Is there anything we can do post judgement to fight this? My husband is the only one in our household that has an income as I stay home with our adult autistic daughter. We do not receive any government assistance so our money is already tight. Please advise
