  1. I received a "robo-call" on my cell phone Thursday and all it said was "My bank accounts and tax returns will be seized if I did not call 866-***-****.". I was driving at the time on my hands free and couldn't write down the number. I later looked at my call list and found original number where the call was generated from and called it back. I got a recording and left a message that I got a call from this number and couldn't understand it, I left my number. The next morning I got a person who called me and said to sum it up, was collecting on a past debt of a credit card. I asked him the name of the card, I don't recall ever having that card and quite possibly in the time frame he spoke of 1999-2009 my ex wife (divorced in 2006) could have opened the account. He stated that the debt hasn't been paid on since 2009. This debt hasn't been on my credit report and there has never been any correspondence between myself and this company. Does the SOL apply ? He never gave me a mailing address or anything to contact them, should I just wait to hear from them again?
