Swede
Exqifax deleted one and the others supposedly validatedwith them, how can one not and the other 2 cra can? It's 30 days do I send 2ND letter out.thanks lee Many times, the CRA's mark them as verified and it's hard to prove that they didn't actually perform an investigation, however, it could be that the furnisher did respond to one CRA but not the other resulting in verification on one report. GettingThere
I've read the validation steps and step 7 says to file lawsuit against the CA.I thought that I read somewhere that I could send a letter to the CRAs stating that the CA didn't validate with me, how are you able to verify the debt?Does anyone have a link to the sample letter or some other example. Before I file suit I want to try to get the item removed without going to court. Thanks in advance.
