wert 10 Report post Posted July 16, 2003 Most courts have interpreters that they legally have to provide. Your original court papers should have a page on that.You can take anyone to court with you. However, you have to be careful if you use someone as an "advisor". You don't want to look to that person to give you advice on every question or matter. That's going to slow down the proceedings and really piss off the judge.Use them as a witness, yes. Advisor, is going to be hard. it's your case, no hearsay evidence allowed.
