coolcreditchick
Here is the deal....my sister has sent in her disputes and now the CB says they have already investigated these accts and they have been verified. There are a couple of ones she disputed unsuccessfully in the past but there are 2-3 that are new ones that have never been disputed. My slant on this is that they never bothered to verify and just sent out the letter to get rid of her. What is her next step??
