horns
You should only dispute 2 or 3 at the most in one letter, the CRA might look at this and send you the yucky frivilous letter....Right sis?
sisflomi
As long as you have not disputed them before, you can do them all at once. I say do half the first time, then the second half the second time. Then go back to the first half for the 3 round of disputes. Seems to keep the friv letters at bay if you do it that way. edubb007
Just relax! They will send you a letter after the end. If it lasts the full 30 days that's a good sign that a creditor in dispute has not responded yet. Just a few more days man! Good Luck! I always won my Ex due to no response and got a letter like 4 days after the 30th w/ a itemized list of disputes and results. I hope it goes well for you. i think you might win some.Edubb007 8)
kevin2738
I figured what the hell I would give it a shot just to see what happened, I moved and had my old address deleted there are 2 CA's on there that I sent DV letters to and got no response so I am keeping my fingers crossed.... does that ever happen when he CRA just doesnt reply in the 30 days or is that very rear? I have seen this method work. This some times will help you confuse the OC and CRA and create a time issue to validate. Once they take too long it's bye bye baby! Just remember the 5 day reinsertion rule.does that ever happen when he CRA just doesnt reply in the 30 days or is that very rear? This is common. Like I've said before! " Every Juggler drops a ball!". They might drop aball here if changing your address is a big enough speed bump. Good Luck!EDubb007 8)
